| I have been involved with Real Estate in San Diego for over 20 years. My experiences in this field have ranged from commercial property leasing and management to residential lending working for a local Mortgage Bank as a loan officer. Since 1999 I have been helping home buyers and sellers through the process of buying and selling their homes. Today, a majority of my clients come to me as referrals from past clients and friends who value my extremely high work ethic, honesty, and knowledge of the industry. Five years as Realtor with Century 21 Award (Golden Triangle) 1 year as Realtor with The Battiata Real Estate Group (Carlsbad). With Windermere Exclusive Properties since 2005. |

| I currently reside in Carlsbad with my husband Steve, a local mortgage broker and my daughter Angelica. When I am not busy helping clients, I enjoy playing tennis, going to the gym, gardening, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends. |
